SENSTRALI TRIAGE PILOT
A pilot puts Senstrali Triage on one section of one conveyor at your site. We monitor and report; every zone is graded Healthy, Watch or Alert against its own baseline, and the pilot is scored against KPIs agreed with you at scoping.
Nodes clamp to the stringer along a single conveyor section. One cable carries power and data back to a controller at the end of the run. No drilling, and no change to the rollers or the frame.
For a pilot the controller runs on battery, with its own mobile link, so no site power or network is needed. Solar or site power is an option for long-term deployments. Results go to a server in Australia set up for your site alone, or to a machine on your premises. There is no connection to site IT or OT.
Your team gets the triage list, the trend behind every grade, and the recording a grade was based on. Nobody has to learn a new analysis tool to read it.
KPIs are agreed with you at scoping and checked against your own work orders at the end. You decide what counts as a result before the first node goes on.
