Continuous contact ultrasound and vibration monitoring of conveyor idler rollers. Each zone is graded Healthy, Plan, Watch or Alert against its own baseline, with the trend and the recording behind every grade. It reports the present state. It does not predict.

The remaining-life question, built from run-to-failure testing and pilot data. Released when that evidence says it can be trusted.
Triage is still being developed, and the people who run and maintain conveyors have the best view of what it should do. Input from sites is useful at this stage: which failures cost you most, how alerts should reach your team, and what would make a pilot worth your time.
The same hardware can listen to other rotating equipment, such as pulleys, pumps, vibrating screens, slow-speed drives and slewing rings. If you have equipment where earlier warning would help, tell us about it.
