Senstrali Forecast

Senstrali Triage reports the present state of each zone. It does not say how long a zone has. That is a different question, and Senstrali Forecast is being planned to take it on.

Built on the same hardware

Forecast is planned as a data and model layer on the nodes, controller and server a Triage site already has. Nothing extra goes on the stringer.

Built from evidence

Two sources are planned to feed it:

Run-to-failure testing on the idler rig: rollers run under controlled speed and load through to failure, with every measurement kept.
Pilot data from Triage on operating conveyors, checked against each site’s own work orders.

Released when the evidence supports it

Forecast is not sold, priced or promised, and it has no release date. It will be released when the test and pilot data show it can be trusted.

Every Triage pilot adds to the data Forecast needs.
